Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries

This is literally the easiest snack to make, so if you can’t make this idk what to tell you.


INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup bluberries

-3/4 cup fat free vanilla greek yogurt

-toothpicks

-parchment paper


INSTRUCTIONS: Add yogurt to a bowl, then combine blueberries till all are covered. Grab a toothpick and add as many as you can then lay each toothpick down on the parchment paper. Freeze for 2-3 hours and enjoy! :)


MACROS: ~194 calories (16.1g protein, 1g fat, 36.5g carbs)
