Chocolate Peppermint Bark Protein Shake!


Protein shakes don’t have to boring my dawgs!


INGREDIENTS:

-1 handful ice

-1/2 cup almond milk

-1 scoop peppermint bark level-1

-1 Tbsp cocoa powder

-1 Tbsp alternative sweetener

Optional: fat-free whipped cream to top & 1 peppermint stick to blend


INSTRUCTIONS: Throw ice into the blender first, then the rest of the ingredients in no order, except for the whipped cream!


MACROS: ~186 calories (27g protein, 10g carbs, 5g fat)
