Bananas Foster Protein Milkshake!

This is a must-try if you crave sweets!


INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 banana (can use 1 tsp banana extract to reduce calories)

-1 Tbsp cinnamon

-1 Tbsp maple syrup

-1/2 cup almond or cashew milk

-1/2 cup vanilla Halo Top ice cream

-1 scoop vanilla ice cream level-1 protein powder (or vanilla milkshake Phormula-1 for less calories)

-1 handful ice

-1/4 tsp salt


INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Heat skillet with maple syrup over medium heat and slice banana.

2.) Add the banana and cinnamon to the skillet and remove once outside of slices are caramelized or browner.

3.) Add all ingredients, starting with milk, to a blender and blend till thoroughly mixed.

Optional: Add fat-free whipped cream and drizzle caramel syrup on top!


MACROS: ~350 calories (29g protein, 6g fat, 51g carbs)
