STRAWBERRY OVERNIGHT PROTEIN OATS! 🍓



If you struggle to get a meal in the mornings, this is a BOMB recipe you can prepare for the week to make sure you are getting protein in the morning on the go!


INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 cup oats

-1/2 cup almond milk

-1/2 Tbsp chia seeds

-1 single serve cup of fat-free strawberry greek yogurt or 1/2 cup out of larger container

-3/4 cup sliced strawberries

-1/2 scoop strawberry milkshake level-1


INSTRUCTIONS: Mix everything in a mason jar and put in refrigerator overnight…yes, it’s that easy!


MACROS: 362 calories ( 21g protein, 7g fat, 55g carbs)
