Spicy Dragon Roll Bowl



I am shooketh it took me this long to make this, moreover a “healthy” version of spicy mayo and now I’m obsessed…this is absolutely worth trying.


INGREDIENTS:

-1 package konjac rice

-1/4 cup light mayo mixed with 2 tbsp sriraca (spicy mayo)

-1/2 diced avocado

-1/4 cup diced mango

-15 shrimp

-1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce

-2 Tbsp candied jalapeños or fresh jalapeños

Optional: 1/2 Tbsp black sesame seeds to top with


INSTRUCTIONS: Cook the rice as directed on the package then layer the bowl with first the rice, then the rest of the ingredients! There’s no specific order and I ended up mixing it all together anyway!


MACROS: ~499 calories (22g protein, 44g carbs, 28g fat) *without sesame
