Snickerdoodle Protein Milkshake

Protein milkshakes are one of the easiest ways to tackle both your cravings and protein goals so you can continue building muscle and burning fat!


Ingredients:

•1 scoop Cinnamon Cookie Batter Level-1

•1 handful ice

•1/2 cup cashew milk or almond milk

•1/2 tbs cinnamon

•1/2 tbs splenda

•1 tsp salt


Optional: 1/2 protein Snickerdoodle cookie, 2 tbs fat-free whipped cream, and 1 tbs sugar-free caramel syrup


Directions: Add liquid ingredients into blender, then dry and blend till you have a milkshake consistency...done! ✅
