Shamrock Protein Shake


Shamrock shakes are still delicious AF even when they’re out of season. *change my mind*


Last week I ordered one to my home because I had a huge craving and now regret doing so after making this because it legit tastes exactly like one MINUS all the sugar PLUS way more protein!


Ingredients:


•1 cup milk (I used cashew milk)

•1/8 tsp mint extract

•1 scoop protein (I used Vanilla Ice Cream flavor Level-1)

•2 Tbsp sugar-free pistachio pudding mix

•1 Tbsp artificial sweetener

•1 handful ice


Instructions: Add wet then dry ingredients to a blender and blend till a milkshake consistency!


Macros: ~192 calories (25g protein, 12g carbs, 5g fat)
