PUMPKIN SPICED PROTEIN WAFFLES!



You can still have waffles when dieting…as you should because these are amazing.


INGREDIENTS:

-1 1/2 cups kodiak cake buttermilk pancake mix

-4/5 scoop pumpkin spiced latte level-1

-2 tbsp olive oil

-1 1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS: Mix everything together and follow instructions of waffle maker! Top with light syrup (hungry jack brand is my favorite) and some cinnamon! 🔥


MAKES 2 SERVINGS!


Macros per serving: ~466 calories (31g protein, 48g carbs, 18g fat)
