Pumpkin Spiced Protein Donuts

I refuse to stop baking pumpkin spiced recipes until the spring because I’m basic AF. 💁🏻‍♀️ These donuts are perfect to prep for the morning as a quick breakfast or snack on the go! Ingredients for donuts: •2 eggs •1/2 cup almond flour •1 scoop Level-1 Pumpkin Spiced Latte protein •1/4 can pumpkin •3 tbs maple syrup •1 tsp baking powder •1 tsp cinnamon •1 tsp vanilla extract •1 /2 tsp of pumpkin spice Ingredients for glaze: •1/2 tbs of light butter •1/2 tbs almond milk •1/2 tbs maple syrup Directions: 1️. Preheat oven to 350F and whisk the eggs in a bowl. 2️. Add in the rest of your donut ingredients and mix it all together until mixture is well blended. 3️. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray and add the batter to the donut pans, filling up about 3/4 of the way. 4️. Bake for 20-22 minutes and get the ingredients ready for your icing while baking. 5. In a small, microwave safe bowl mix together the butter, almond milk, and maple syrup and microwave for 30 seconds. If it’s not melted continue microwaving/stirring every 15 seconds until it is. 6. Remove the donuts from the oven, let them cool before adding the icing. 7️. Once cooled, dip the donuts in the icing mixture and either eat then or store in the fridge so the icing hardens a bit! Makes 6 servings (1 donut) Macros: ~143 calories (8.3g protein, 12.2g carbs, 7.2g fat)
