PROTEIN ROOT BEER FLOAT!



If you have fat loss, muscle growth or just overall health goals, and want to switch things up with your protein shakes, this is a MUST TRY!


INGREDIENTS:

-handful ice

-1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt OR no-sugar added vanilla ice cream

-1 package A&W rootbeer singles

-1 scoop vanilla icecream flavored or ice cream sandwich flavored Level-1


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add 4-6 ice cubes to blender.

2. Add yogurt, protein powder, rootbeer single and milk.

3. Blend until smooth, add more milk if needed.

4. Add any additional toppings like fat-free whipped or cherries!


MACROS FOR YOGURT-BASED SHAKE: ~178 calories (27g protein, 7g carbs, 4g fat)


MACROS FOR ICE CREAM-BASED SHAKE: ~206 calories (26g protein, 14g carbs, 6g fat)
