Protein Key Lime Pie


If you don’t like pie, that’s totally fine but you’re wrong and I hate you.


Just kidding, but seriously, this pie was out of this world...


I definitely recommend making it the next time you go to an event and want people to make fun of you for bringing the “healthy” dessert but secretly take home leftovers.


Ingredients:

-6 egg yolks

-1 cup Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt

-1 scoop whey protein powder (I used Level-1 Vanilla ice cream flavor)

-14 oz can of sweetened fat-free condensed milk

-¼ cup Key Lime juice

-Pre-baked Graham cracker crust

-Mint leaves and lime for garnish


Instructions:

1. Combine the ingredients together to make the filling.

2. Pour into the prebaked crust.

3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

4. Let cool before setting in refrigerator.

5. Refrigerate for an hour then garnish with mint leaves and a lime slice.


Makes 8 servings!


Macros per serving: ~314 calories (13.1g protein, 8.1g fat, 47.4g carbs)
