Protein Ice Cream Waffle Cup!



I sometimes get bored with a protein shake every night to hit my protein goal, so switching it up is a great way to make it easy to do! This recipe is so worth trying!


INGREDIENTS:

-6 Tbsp fat-free cool whip

-1 crushed waffle cone

-1 scoop of Level-1 (Vanilla or ice cream sandwich)

-Handful of ice

-1/2 cup almond milk

-4 Tbsp light chocolate syrup

-6 Tbsp fat-free whipped cream

-caramel syrup optional


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Blend the level-1, almond milk, and ice till an ice cream consistency.

2. Crush up the waffle cone into 3 parts, then later a cup with 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup, 1 part waffle cone, 1/4 ice cream mixture, then cool whip, and repeat till all the waffle cone is used up (may have extra protein ice cream left over), and top with fat-free whipped cream!


MACROS: ~305 calories (24g protein, 40g carbs, 4g fat)
