Protein Almond Butter Cookie Dough Bites


I may or may have not ate all of these the same day I made them…👀


INGREDIENTS:

-3/4 scoop level-1 (I used vanilla ice cream)

-1/4 cup almond flour

-1 cup almond butter or @1stphorm nut butter 🤤

-3 Tbsps light maple syrup

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1/4 teaspoon sea salt

-4 Tbsp mini dark chocolate chips


INGREDIENTS:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well to combine.

2. Add 1/2 of the chocolate chips and mix again to combine. Then, form dough balls by rolling dough with hands (about the size of a ping-pong ball). Continue rolling until you've used all your batter.

3. Melt remaining chocolate chips in the microwave or skillet for 2-3 minutes, then roll each piece of cookie dough in the melted chocolate till completely covered.

3. Put rolled batter onto baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes. Enjoy. ❤️


Makes 13 servings.
