Peanut Butter Cool Whip Protein Bites

If you have a sweet tooth but are also trying to make healthier options, these are for you with the protein per serving!


INGREDIENTS:

-1 scoop level-1 protein (vanilla ice cream, ice cream sandwich, or milk chocolate works great)

-2 cup fat-free Cool Whip

-2 Tbsp. regular or chocolate PB2 peanut butter


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a bowl mix together the cool whip, level-1 protein powder, and powdered PB2 Peanut Butter.

2. Once blended, scoop a 1/2 portion into a cupcake liner. Either place on a small cookie sheet or use a muffin tin to support the cupcake liner until frozen.

OPTIONAL: Add a drizzle of Sugar-Free Hershey's Syrup before freezing

3. Freeze for 2 or 3 hours.


MAKES 4 SERVINGS!


MACROS PER SERVING: ~126 calories (1g fat, 7g protein, 14.5g carbs)
