Paleo Peanut Butter Fudge

This was probably the most calorie dense dessert I have ever made, but completely worth it and makes a perfect snack for pre-workout fuel!

Ingredients:

•1/2 cup oat milk •2 cups coconut palm sugar •1 tsp vanilla extract • 3/4 cup almond butter Directions:


1️. Bring milk and sugar to a boil, then boil for 2.5 minutes while stirring.


2️. Remove from heat and add the other ingredients till well mixed.


3️. Pour into glass pan to cool off to store in fridge or freezer for another time! Macros: It’s better not knowing. 😉
