Low Carb Nachos

I don’t want to live a life where I can’t enjoy my favorite foods in some way. These nachos were honestly just as good as regular nachos except way more filling and way less in calories!
Ingredients:
-20 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeded
-1 lb. lean ground beef
-1 tablespoon cumin
-2 tablespoons chili powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-8 oz fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
Optional: Toppings such as avocado, tomatoes, sour cream, and jalepenos
Directions:
1. In a skillet cook the beef, adding cumin, chili powder, and salt as it cooks.
2. Place mini sweet pepper halves on a sheet pan.
3. Sprinkle cooked meat over mini peppers trying to keep it in the peppers so it doesn't fall through to the pan.
4. Cover mini peppers with shredded cheese and jalapeno slices (optional). 5. Place in oven set to BROIL for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
6. Add any low carb nacho toppings you like.

Makes 4 servings.
Macros per serving: ~194 calories (30.9g protein, 5.1g carbs, 4.9g fat)
