Low-Carb Chicken Nuggets

If I could choose one food from Mcdonald’s to eat every single day, it would hands-down be chicken nuggets (despite what’s in them). I am all for getting more protein in through chicken, but eating plain chicken breast every day can be boring to say the least. Ingredients: •2 chicken breast (lean) •1.5 cup bread crumbs •1 tbs of paprika •1 tbs of garlic salt •2 eggs •1.5 cup whole wheat flour Directions: 1️. Heat oven to 350 and place bread crumbs on oven sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes while oven is heating up till golden brown. 2️. Dry chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. 3️. Whisk the eggs in one bowl and mix the flour and seasonings in another. 4️. Dip each piece into flour, then eggs, then the bread crumbs. 5️. Once each piece is fully coated, layer on a rack over baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 15-20 minutes. Calories vary based on how much chicken you use and bread crumb brand! Regardless of both, this is a great recipe to get more protein in in an ENJOYABLE way.
