Low-Calorie Bananas Foster


Healthy desserts don’t have to taste like crap or have 10+ ingredients to be good…simple is sometimes best.


INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup vanilla halo top, enlightened, or 1 scoop level-1 (ice cream sandwich flavor) blended with handful of ice

-1 sliced banana

-2 Tbsp light maple syrup

-1 Tsp cinnamon


INSTRUCTIONS: Heat the maple syrup on a skillet (low-medium heat), then add the banana slices about two minutes after, and heat for about 5 minutes. Once done, add to ice cream and top with fat-free whipped cream and/or 1 Tbsp of caramel syrup. Enjoy!


MACROS: ~225 calories (6g protein, 53g carbs, 2g fat)
