High Protein Banana Split

I felt like a 5-year-old craving this but I have no shame because this modification to the ones I used to have as a kid was AMAAAZING!


INGREDIENTS:

-One banana (split down the middle)

-1/2 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt (I used the Dannon Light & Fit brand)

-5 sliced fresh strawberries

-2 Tbsp Pb2 powder (mixed with splash of water)

-1 cup fat-free frozen Cool Whip, divided into to scoops

-2 Tbsp light dark chocolate syrup



INSTRUCTIONS: Layer all the ingredients onto the banana, starting with the greek yogurt, then the strawberries, Pb2 powder, cool whip, then the syrup!


MACROS:

~320 calories (14g protein, 7g fat, 55g carbs)
