GREEK YOGURT COOKIE DOUGH 🍪


This is a super easy recipe to make and also super high in protein which is great if you want to curb your sweet tooth and feel full at the same time.


INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt

-1/4 cup creamy natural peanut, cashew, or almond butter

-1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

-1/4 tsp salt

-alternative sweetener or honey to taste

-1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

-apple slices for serving


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, nut butter, vanilla extract, and kosher salt (with the salt added, you'll need less sweetener). Whisk until smooth.

2. Sweeten to taste with alternative sweetener, then stir in chocolate chips.

3. Serve with apple slices as a dip, or enjoy with a spoon! (I added my chocolate covered banana level-1 into it and omg...amazing)


Makes 3 servings!
