Easy & Healthy Copycat Mcmuffin

I’m a fat kid at heart and I still think Mcdonald’s menu taste great BUT a lot of the items do not have a lot of nutritional value nor enough protein to aid in fat loss.


If you love McMuffins and want a super easy breakfast sandwich recipe, this is it!


INGREDIENTS:

-1 egg

-1/2 egg whites

-1/4 cup fat free or regular cheddar cheese

-1 sandwich thin (I used a 150 calorie honey wheat one)


INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Lightly toast your sandwich thin a toaster oven (5-10 minutes).

2.) Fry your egg and egg whites on a skillet and then top with cheese until fully melted.

3.) Add the egg onto the toasted sandwich thin and ENJOY!


MACROS: ~365 calories (33g protein, 30g carbs, 12g fat)
