Easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps


If you are on the go or don’t have time to meal prep, this is a super easy lunch or snack you can prepare!


INGREDIENTS:

-4 cup shredded chicken

-1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce

-4 low carb tortillas

-1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch (I used bolthouse brand)

-1/4 cup shredded lettuce

OPTIONAL: fat free cheese, avocados


1. Mix Buffalo Sauce with chicken in a large bowl.

2. Put 1/4 of the buffalo chicken, blue cheese or ranch, and lettuce into each wrap OR skip this and dip the wrap in sauce.

3. Wrap each tortilla and secure with a toothpick if desired.

4. Enjoy immediately or store up to 3 days in the refrigerator.


MACROS FOR ONE WRAP WITHOUT DRESSING: ~135 calories (19g protein, 13g carbs, 4g fat)
