Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Shake

Ya girl needs her sweets and protein to be relatively sane each day. With that being said, the more chocolate-y and filling, the BETTER! All you need is 1/2 cup of milk (I use fat-free, lactose-free), 1/4 cup ice, 1 scoop of milk chocolate Level-1 protein, 1 tbs cocoa powder, light chocolate syrup, and if you want to go crazy, add a 70 calorie Fiber 1 brownie & whipped cream to the top! Blend everything together and top with whipped cream for the perfect dessert or midnight snack! Macros: (with additional toppings) 320 calories (32.5g protein/6g fat/38g carbs)
