Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Muffins! (using Kodiak)




Healthy recipes don’t have to require 10+ ingredients to be good and are sometimes as easy as replacing your favorite, easy mixes!


INGREDIENTS:

-3/4 kodiak double dark chocolate muffin mix

-100g milk chocolate Level-1

-2 eggs

-1 cup almond milk

-1/5 cup olive oil


INSTRUCTIONS: I followed the instructions on the box, substituting 1/4 of the mixture with Level-1 protein for more! Also, minimum time is best-it’s okay for them to be gooey immediately after removing from oven, as they will harden up once cooled!


MACROS PER MUFFIN: ~158 calories (11g protein, 13g carbs, 7g fat)
