Chocolate Chip Protein Bites!

This is another very easy, delicious recipe you can make that happens to be higher in protein!


INGREDIENTS:

-1/3 cup all purpose flour (I used gluten free)

-2 eggs

-1/2 cup egg whites

-1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

-2 1/2 scoops Level-1 protein (I used Ice Cream Sandwich flavor)


INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Set oven to 350 and mix all dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a bowl.

2.) Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then mix into the already-mixed dry ingredients.

3.) Stir in the chocolate chips until they are well combined and the mixture is a dough texture.

4.) Spoon tablespoons of mixture on to sprayed cooking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.

5.) Let cool off and freeze for another time or enjoy for a dessert or snack!


MAKES 2 PER SERVING!


MACROS PER SERVING: ~120 calories (8.3g protein, 4.8g fat, 10.5g carbs)
