Me less than 24 hours later: BLUEBERRY PROTEIN WAFFLES DOWN THE HATCH
For real though, if you have not tried blueberry protein waffles yet, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!
Ingredients:
-1 1/4 cup pancake mix (I use heart health by Buisquick)
-3/4 cup Blueberry Muffin Level-1
-1 egg
-2 Tbsp olive oil (I used Grapeseed oil)
-1 1/3 cup water
-1 Tsp salt
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Heat up a waffle maker to medium-high heat and spray with nonstick cooking oil.
3. When waffle maker is ready, add part of the batter till all sections are filled in waffle maker.
4. Follow instructions of your specific waffle maker until all batter is used up!
Optional: Once finished, top with your favorite syrup, heated bluberries (20 seconds in microwave), and some fat-free whipped cream!
