Blackberry Protein Sorbet

If you know me well enough by now, you should know I have a huge sweet tooth and am always searching for ways to curb it but also get my protein in! This recipe is super easy and delicious if you’re craving something cold!


INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup 2% greek yogurt

-4 cups frozen blackberries

-1 scoop Level-1 protein (I used Ice Cream Sandwich flavor)

-1 Tbsp Swerve or another alternative sweetener

-1/5 Tsp vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS:

1. Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Place in a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until your desired consistency is reached.

Optional: Top with fat-free whipped cream and sugar-free syrup, flavor of choice, to offset the tartness from the blackberries!


Makes 6 servings, 2 cups per serving!


MACROS: ~107 calories (10.4g protein, 13.5g carbs, 2g fat)
