Birthday Cake Protein Donuts

This is a great recipe of you have a YUGE sweet tooth in the morning or at night and want something delicious but low calorie & high protein (satiation). Ingredients for the donuts: •1/2 cup oat flour (or white) •1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce •2 scoops Ice Cream Sandwich Level-1 protein •1 tsp vanilla extract •1 tbs of Splenda •2 eggs (beaten) •2 tbs of sprinkles Ingredients for the glaze: •2 tbs of low fat or fat-free cream cheese •2-3 splashes of milk •1/2 cup of Splenda or sweetener of choice Directions: 1️. Set oven to 350 and mix the dry ingredients (only use 1 tbs of sprinkles out of the 2) in a bowl. 2️. Mix in the wet ingredients till it’s well blended and a thick batter. 3️. Spray a donut tray (or muffin) with nonstick cooking oil and fill each cup 3/4 of the way. 4️. Bake for 7-9 minutes. Let cool off and work on the glaze which is only 1/2 cup of Splenda or sugar, 2 splashes of milk, and 2 tbs of cream cheese, blended, melted, and poured over the cooled off donuts, then top with the remaining tbs of sprinkles. Macros per serving (makes 6)⏩~131 calories (17.8g carbs, 2.3g fat, 10.9g protein)
