Apple Pie Protein Parfait! 🍏



If you have a sweet tooth, this recipe is KILLER and super easy to make!


INGREDIENTS:

-1 apple, chopped

-2 tsp light butter, melted (I used Olivio vegetable oil

-¼ tsp cinnamon

-2 tsp granulated Stevia or granulated alternative sweetener

-1 cup fat-free greek yogurt (I used one Dannon Light n’ Fit cup)

-1/2 scoop Vanilla or Ice Cream Sandwich flavored Level-1 protein

-4-6 Tbsp fat-free whipped cream


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a bowl combine the apple, butter, cinnamon, and sweetener.

2. Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe mug.

3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.

4. Let it cool down 3-5 minutes before mixing in Level-1 powder.

5. Once the Level-1 is thoroughly mixed in, grab a second mug or jar and layer 1/4 of the apple mixture with 1/4 of the yogurt until both are used up.

6. Top with the whipped cream or your favorite topping and serve!


MACROS: ~285 calories (24.5g protein, 4.8g fat, 38g carbs)
