5-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

One of the craziest new years resolutions I see is “no sweets” without a plan of what to replace sweets with!


Idk about you, but I love sweets and would rather get to cater to my sweet tooth, but also cater to my weight loss goals!


Here’s a quick recipe you can make so you can get your “fix’n” in:


Ingredients:


•1 scoop Ice Cream Sandwich or Milk Chocolate Level-1


•1 tbs cocoa powder


•1 tbs peanut butter


•2 tsp Splenda

•3/4 cup almond milk


Directions: Add wet ingredients then dry into a blender, then freeze for 2-3 hours...enjoy!


Makes 1 serving!


Macros per serving: ~199 calories (29.3g protein, 10.3g carbs, 21.6g fat)
