4-Ingredient Crockpot Creamy Tomato Chicken


I know y’all haven’t even gotten to Thanksgiving yet, however, here’s an easy recipe to make over the weekend if you don’t want to worry about cooking for the next week!


INGREDIENTS:

-3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast fresh or thawed

-23 oz. Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce 1 1/2 jars, 15 oz. jars or Vodka sauce

-1 large Tomato sliced

-4 Fresh Basil Leaves


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place 4 Chicken Breast in Crock Pot, and Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours, or until done.

2. After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.

3. Evenly spread sauce over chicken, then Cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes {covered}, or until done.

4. Serve topped with a fresh Basil leaf and a slice of Tomato.

Optional: Serve with a side of cauliflower mashed potatoes or low-carb pasta!


Serves 6!
