3-Ingredient Chocolate Protein Mousse


If you love chocolate like me but also want to hit your protein goals so you can continue to burn fat and build muscle, this is definitely a simple recipe to make!


It’s a super easy dessert option if you’re on the go or have to make something for a party or any event!


Ingredients:

•1 box chocolate sugar-free pudding

•2 cups heavy whipping cream

•1 scoop Milk Chocolate, Ice Cream Sandwich, or German Chocolate Level-1


Directions: Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl then add the heavy whipping cream and blend all together with a mixer till you get a fluffy consistency. Refrigerate or freeze for later!


I suggest layering a serving of the mousse with fat-free whipped cream and fruit for more volume and flavor!


Serving size: 1/2 cup


Macros per serving: ~171 calories (8.7g carbs, 12.65g fat, 5.6g protein)
